Artwork used on print-on-demand products, mockups, packaging, and products you fulfill yourself.

Downloadable files, templates, guides, media, access links, and any included digital content.

Intellectual property requirements

You are responsible for making sure every design, image, file, product claim, and public page element can be used commercially.

Content you upload or sell must be one of these:

  • 100% original and created by you.
  • Properly licensed for commercial use, with documentation of the license.
  • In the public domain, with clear documentation of public domain status.

You may not upload or sell products containing:

  • Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use commercially.
  • Trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission.
  • Celebrity names, likenesses, or signatures without authorization.
  • Artwork, photographs, designs, templates, or digital files created by others without proper licensing.
Important: Modifying someone else's work or finding it online does not grant you commercial rights. When in doubt, create your own original work or obtain proper licenses.
