Starting and building

Do I need a separate website builder?

No. Creatable includes a no-code site builder for storefronts, landing pages, portfolios, and content pages. You can start with a site and add commerce when you are ready.

Can I launch without a credit card?

Yes. You can create a shop and publish on the Starter plan without a credit card. Paid plans are billed per shop when you upgrade.

Can I connect my own domain?

Every shop includes a free Creatable subdomain. Growth and higher plans can connect a custom domain from the shop dashboard.

Selling products

What can I sell on Creatable?

You can sell physical products you fulfill yourself, print-on-demand products, and digital downloads from one storefront.

How does print-on-demand work?

Create a design, choose a supported product, set your selling price, and publish. Product costs are shown before launch, and fulfillment is handled after a customer buys.

Can I sell digital downloads?

Yes. Digital products can include files, templates, lessons, or other downloadable content with delivery handled after checkout.

Can I ship products myself?

Yes. Self-fulfilled products can use your own inventory and shipping workflow while still using the same storefront, checkout, and order management tools.

Checkout, pricing, and payouts

How do payments and payouts work?

Checkout is powered by Stripe. Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts and keep payments, orders, shipping, taxes, and customer checkout in one flow.

How do I set prices?

You control product prices. For POD and physical products, the dashboard shows product costs so you can set your margin. Digital products use the current digital platform-fee model shown on the pricing page.

Where can I compare plans and fees?

The pricing page shows current plan structure, digital fee examples, and how product margins work across selling formats.

Orders, support, and policies

How do customers get support for an order?

Customers can contact support with their order number. For shop-specific questions, sellers can also provide their own customer support details in their storefront.

Can an order be changed or canceled?

Contact support as soon as possible. Orders can only be changed before fulfillment begins, and some POD or digital orders may not be reversible once processing starts.

What content is allowed?

Creatable supports creative work, but designs and digital products must respect intellectual property rights and avoid illegal, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
